The ANA Western Region is pleased to present a Virtual Project Planning and Development Training Course designed to help you initiate a community-based planning process in your community. The training will include live, interactive webinars as well as featured pre-recorded vignettes for your review.
Each training session will be capped at 20 registrants to allow for your engagement and participation in group activities. Registration is first-come, first-served. Please sign up for the one session that works best for you. And let us know if you are unable to make it in advance!
This training course consists of consecutive training days, totaling 6 hours of training. Topics covered include:
- An Introduction to ANA, the Planning Process and Methods for Community Engagement.
- An overview of Products of Planning as well as their How and Why.
- And planning your Capacity to Budget for and Implement the Project.
